Happy Birthday to Me!

Saturday, August 12, is my 28th birthday. Which means, clearly, that I am quite old.

I have a birthday request: I request that you post a comment telling me what one new experience you will try this year that you've never tried before. And tell me how much you love me. :)

Thank god you posted this. I ALWAYS forget your birthday. I forget everyone's birthday. Anyway... I hope you have a wonderful birthday and I know you will have a glorious year full of possibilities ;).

Let's see. One new thing, eh? Hmm. I will try meditation this year and try to actually utilize it on a regular basis.

Great talking to you yesterday!

Ah, yes, the wonderful world of meditation. Something I'm practicing this year instead of just doing for ten days at a time. If anyone (k.c.) or otherwise, wants to know where they can find a free meditation retreat to help with initially getting grounded and learning a specific meditation practice, just let me know. (The food at the centers we visit is particularly yummy, vegetarian, with tons of vegan options, and there are centers located all over).

Happy Birthday Lauren! Hope you have a super duper day. :) I just ran my 10k race out in Shelburne Falls - apparently it's known as the "toughest 10k" in New England. I didn't know that until this morning. ha ha.

I think this year I'm going to get a massage, finally. mmmmm.....

Happy birthday, Lauren... I hope it's a peaceful and happy year, full of possibilities and with kicking butt!

For me in this year, I'm not sure. I feel like I've just finished a big round of doing lots of new things I'd never done before....but I think I can commit to focusing more on my creative side, out of work. I've been ruminating on some articles and drafting little bits here and there but I haven't yet tried to get anything published. Time to give it a shot.

Happy day to you....

A belated happy birthday, dear Monkey. (Found you at 100 Days, I'm starting again after a long absence.)
